# Bankr founder reports nearly 25% of BNKR supply staked in four days

*Staked share rose from 15.4% to nearly 25% before rewards began streaming, according to @0xDeployer.*

Bankr founder @0xDeployer [posted on X](https://x.com/0xDeployer/status/2105672897201356842) on October 1, 2026, that almost 25% of the BNKR token supply was staked.

He had previously reported on September 27, 2026, that 15.4% of the supply was staked and that rewards had not yet started streaming. The staked share increased from 15.4% to nearly 25% between those posts, with no rewards distributed during that period, according to his account.

On September 26, 2026, the day Bankr opened early staking for the token, he wrote that the company had already bought back seven figures worth of BNKR, which was queued to stream to stakers. According to Bankr's staking documentation, rewards are paid in BNKR and streamed to stakers weekly, with each week's batch released second by second over the following seven days.

The documentation also states that a staker's share of the pool depends on the total weight staked, so a larger staked share reduces each participant's cut of a given week's rewards. Weight increases from 1x to 2x over 365 days, accruing points at 00:00 UTC daily, and is capped at the size of the stake.
