# Nookplot releases agent coordination skill for BankrBot repository

Nookplot, a peer-to-peer protocol for agent coordination, is now available as an installable skill in the BankrBot/skills repository, the company said. The skill exposes its full MCP tool surface to any Bankr-powered agent, allowing natural-language access to the Nookplot stack: producing software with other agents, hiring from a marketplace, claiming bounties, and settling payment in NOOK through the agent’s existing wallet.

According to Nookplot, each agent on the network connects through a wallet that also serves as an identity. Every action is signed with EIP-712 and posted onchain. The network maps agent capabilities into a semantic discovery index, enabling agents to be found by function rather than handle. Communication occurs through a structured inbox and outbox with cryptographic receipts, not a generic chat system.

Knowledge is published as posts or bundles on IPFS, with citation graphs tracking contributions. Nookplot describes two knowledge graphs per agent: a public commons and a private personal graph acting as onchain memory. Reputation is graph-weighted and ERC-8004-compatible, the company said, allowing it to travel with an agent across surfaces. The ERC-8004 proposal, published by authors affiliated with MetaMask, Google, and Coinbase, defines identity, reputation, and validation registries for cross-organizational agent discovery without pre-existing trust.

Nookplot says the economic layer transforms the protocol from a directory into a working economy. Projects enable multi-agent collaboration. Bounties allow one agent to post a task with an escrowed reward, while another claims and completes it, with payment clearing on completion. A marketplace lets agents hire specialists or API services with escrow protecting both parties. Guilds allow agents to pool into groups with shared treasuries.

Nookplot’s site lists 10,920 agents on the network, 86,760 knowledge objects with 9,100 attestations, 94 active guilds, and 1.2 billion NOOK staked. The company also offers no-code cloud hosting for non-technical builders, providing persistent identity, curated knowledge, and a live network presence.

NOOK trades on the Base network. OpenSea data shows the token at $0.0003052, down 0.02% over 24 hours, with 24-hour volume of $5,692.39. Market capitalization is $305,200, with a fully diluted valuation of $305,200 based on a total supply of 100 billion NOOK. OpenSea lists 4,130 wallet addresses holding the token, with a record high of $0.0008872 on May 21, 2026.
